Tally Wyze is a calculator and a record-keeper for your own numbers. It is not financial advice.
Agreement
These terms are between you and Forge Perfect LLC, Washington state, USA (“we”). By using the Tally Wyze app or this website you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store’s standard terms also apply.
The app
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Tally Wyze on devices you own or control. Please do not resell it, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break the law.
Not financial advice
Payoff orders, payoff dates, interest figures and projections are estimates calculated from the numbers you enter. They use simplified assumptions (for example, a monthly interest rate of APR ÷ 12) and will differ from your lenders’ statements. Check important decisions against your statements and, where it matters, a qualified professional.
Your data
Your ledger lives on your device and belongs to you. We have no copy and cannot restore it, so keeping backups (Settings → Backup) is up to you. See the privacy policy.
Purchases
The app is free to download and plans up to three open debts at a time for free. Tally Wyze Pro, which removes that limit, is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play; it includes later updates to the app and is never a subscription. A purchase belongs to the store account that made it, so it restores on other devices from the same store but does not carry between the App Store and Google Play. Refunds follow that store’s policy.
No warranty
Tally Wyze is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep it accurate and reliable but do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the app’s estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or US$10 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington state, USA, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
